From joining world-renowned graduate programs to launching careers at leading companies, the third undergraduate Class of 2024 moved on to exciting new chapters after graduating from Duke Kunshan University (DKU).
Nearly 90% of the 259 graduates went on to pursue graduate studies at some of the world’s highest-ranked universities, with most at the top 10 or Ivy League institutions in the United States. Another 7.8% entered the workforce, while the remainder engaged in activities such as entrepreneurship and freelance work, according to DKU’s recently released career report for the undergraduate Class of 2024.
Highlights from the report include:
• The cohort received 342 offers for graduate study from the top 10 or Ivy League universities in the U.S., including Duke, Harvard, Yale and Stanford.
• Four students were awarded prestigious global scholarships and fellowships, such as the Yenching Academy of Peking University and the Erasmus Mundus Joint Training Programs.
• Graduates secured employment at leading organizations, including Amazon, ByteDance (TikTok), Morgan Stanley, PwC, Adidas, Expedia, United States Geological Survey, and DKU.
